After serving as the President-HR and Transformation at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL)’s for six years, Animesh Kumar has resigned from his post, the company informed the BSE on Tuesday.
“Mr. Animesh Kumar, President – HR & Transformation, designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company has expressed his desire to pursue interests outside the organization and therefore decided to step down from his position.
“We would like to thank Mr. Animesh for his contribution to the Company and wish him immense success in all future endeavours,” ZEEL told BSE.
It further said that Dheeraj Jaggi, who has been spearheading Human Resources for the Content SBU (one of the largest SBU of the company) and leading Enterprise Culture and Capability Development, will assume the role of an acting Chief Human Resources Officer.
In his resignation letter, Kumar said, “The past several years have been a testament to our collective resilience and your visionary approach. As I now prepare to embark on a different professional path, the lessons learned and experiences garnered here will remain invaluable to me. I carry forward the memories of our achievements and the profound impact this role has had on my life, both professional and personal.”
