Senior marketing professional Anurag Gupta has been named the Chief Executive Officer of The Womb Communications. Gupta announced the news on LinkedIn.
He has extensive experience managing large teams across regions and executing complex marketing programmes for some well-known CPG and FMCG clients.
He was previously the Chief Operation Officer at ada, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Gupta has also worked for Wunderman, WPP and DDB Mudra Group in the past. As the COO of WPP's Team P&G, he was responsible for integrating 25 of WPP's agencies, and implementing digital, commerce and CRM capabilities. As per his LinkedIn profile, he has also played a pivotal role in transforming the businesses of DDB Mudra Max and Geometry India (Ogilvy Action).
