Ajay Mehta, Chief Content Officer, Mindshare India, has been promoted to a new role as Head Content, GroupM. Sources close to the development have confirmed the news to e4m.
Mehta has been associated with Mindshare for close to a decade. He joined Mindshare in 2015 as Vice President and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020. In 2023, he became the Chief Content Officer.
Prior to joining Mindshare, Mehta was with Ogilvy for over 10 years.
On Tuesday, GroupM, WPP’s media investment group, announced it was consolidating its Content, Sports, and Entertainment offerings to create GroupM Content and Sport.
