Voltas and Voltas Beko unveils Father’s Day Campaigns

The DVC by Voltas salutes the super cool #MahaAdjustableDads

Voltas, the No. 1 AC from the house of TATAs, announces the launch of its DVC campaign #MahaAdjustableDads. Voltas salutes all super cool dads who have kept their calm in pressing circumstances and have supported their children through all the phases of their life. From helping their child ace their driving lessons to giving useful tips on relationships, these dads have been flexible when it is needed the most. This Father’s Day, Voltas took the opportunity to crown all fathers as super cool #MahaAdjustableDads and thank them for their contribution to a child’s life.

Conceptualized by Ogilvy, this DVC sends out a message that gives you a glimpse of a sweet and sour relationship between a father and his child.

Voltas Beko, the partner of everyday happiness, also launched a DVC for Father’s Day which is an effort to embrace the caring and protective side of fathers and their contribution to their families. This campaign, ‘Dad is Not a Superhero’, is an initiative to demystify the larger-than-life tags given to fathers. It is based on the observation of how a child’s relationship with the father changes and evolves with age. For example, at the age of six, fathers are perceived to be the ultimate superheroes by their children, whereas, at 16, they are easily viewed as the biggest critic by most teenagers. It is over the years, as the children grow, they understand that fathers are much more than a superhero who stand by their family through thick and thin.

With this thought, the video conceptualized by Voltas Beko, further emphasizes the message through an interesting dichotomy between the superpowers of superheroes and a dad’s power. The DVC highlights that just like every member of the family, fathers too have a flawed and human side, but one must not forget that a part of them is full of immense love and care for the family and children.
